The Student Union dormitories are managed by Bashan and are within walking distance of the university.

The dorms are based on the concept of regular residential apartments. Each apartment has a living room and kitchen equipped for the comfort of the residents: furniture, electrical equipment including a refrigerator in each apartment, a toaster oven and a stove for cooking.

Each apartment has a wireless internet connection. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, beds, a desk and chairs.

The dormitories have washing machines and dryers for residents' use, available for a fee.

Rent for a standard room starting at 1,050 NIS per month (double room).

Rent for a room with a shower and toilet starting at 1,250 NIS per month (double room).

Prices vary depending on the room type.

The costs per student for 12 months.

The payment includes:

Rent, house committee, elevator, maintenance and cleaning of the stairwell. Also included in the price are electricity bills (financing of up to 60 NIS per person per month),

Water (financing of up to 35 NIS per person per month), property taxes and internet.

Entry into dormitory accommodation will be allowed a few days before the start of the school year.
